Boilers for Artisan Distilleries

There are many hurdles to overcome to arrive at opening day for your own artisan distillery. We’re here to make it a little easier to get there and to produce breathtaking spirits. For decades, we’ve been building reliable, long-lasting boilers for entrepreneurs all across the USA. We celebrate your passion and your drive to distill artisan spirits that create special moments for an expanding fan base. We understand your unique requirements and offer reliable, cost-effective boilers that will produce decades of consistent steam pressure for predictable results every time.

We are honored that artisan distillers have made Columbia boilers the most popular boiler among artisan distilleries.

Which distilleries use a Columbia Boiler?

ARTISAN DISTILLERY INSTALLATIONS

Every Columbia Boiler is proudly made right here in the USA by a dedicated team with decades of experience.

“We see people who walk through who [say], ‘Oh, I don’t like this spirit because I’ve only ever tried it once and it was not good, so I don’t drink gin at all,’ and they’re leaving with bottles of gin and they’re standing at the bar telling people, ‘Oh my god, I can’t believe how much I love this.”

Recommended Boilers for Distilleries

These boilers are the perfect fit for distilleries of all sizes, whether you are opening a new distillery or expanding. With many boiler models narrow enough to glide through a standard doorway, they are easy to install in an existing building.

Boiler Accessories

  • CRT or VRT (return tanks) to collect condensate from your boiler system and recycle it back to your boiler.
  • Blowdown separator to flush sediment from your boiler and keep it running reliably for decades.
  • Copper coils to produce potable hot water for liquor tank wash down, keg wash down and sterilization with boiler steam, and general brewery cleaning without taking up additional floor space.

Assembled and Test Fired

Unique among boiler manufacturers, when you select the Factory Package and Test Fire option, our boiler experts fully assemble, wire, and test fire your boiler right here at the factory for 4 – 5 days before it is crated and shipped to your distillery. During test firing, key performance indicators are carefully monitored. If adjustments are made it will be test fired again to ensure it is running smoothly.

Full assembly, test firing, and monitoring saves you time and money when your boiler arrives at your distillery. Your team completes minimal assembly, hooks up your boiler, and it’s ready to use. Optional: to save even more time on arrival, we will pipe to your accessories then disconnect for shipping.

Boiler Support, Parts, and Manuals

Every boiler from Columbia Boiler is backed up with free technical support by phone by boiler professionals with decades of brewery boiler experience; you might even talk with our Master Certified Brewer. When you need parts or have questions, we’re just a phone call away. Visit our resources section for manuals and other helpful information.

Be sure to meet us at the annual American Distilling Institute (ADI) Craft Spirits Conference and Vendor Expo.
